Standard Shipping: Within the UK. Please note that orders are handmade just for you, so they typically ship within 24-48h, depending on my workload, please understand if slight delays as I and delivery usually taking 1-2 business days after shipment.
Express Shipping: Please note that orders are handmade just for you, so they typically ship within 24-48h, depending on my workload But for those who need their garments faster. Orders placed before 13:00h with express shipping selected at check-out, will normally be processed and shipped within 24h, They are then sent via NEXT DAY (business days) DPD courier service.
International Shipping: To select countries. Shipping times and rates for international orders may vary, and customers are responsible for any customs fees or import duties.
Shipping rates work out cheaper when you purchase more than one item, this is due to a minimum price for the first kilogram, They then use a sliding scale upwards. Try adding extra items to your basket, so you can see that the shipping prices do not increase significantly on a per garment basis.

Collection from DPD stores: You can choose to collect at a DPD collection point close to your home or workplace, This is the cheapest delivery option and most convenient by far. Please make sure to use your payment cards associated address at check-out and not the DPD collection point you require. I will send you an email with the closest collection point for you to confirm or you can select another one if you wish to collect closer to your workplace.
Free Shipping: On orders over a certain purchase amount. This threshold may change with promotional offers, so please check our website for the current promotion details.
Order Tracking: For added convenience, customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has been shipped. This allows you to monitor and track the progress of your shipment in real-time.
Shipping Address: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. Any errors in the shipping address that result in undeliverable packages may incur additional charges for re-shipment.
Lost or Delayed Shipments: While I strive to ensure timely and secure delivery, I cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to factors beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or postal service disruptions.
Returns Due to Non-Delivery: If a shipment is returned due to non-delivery (e.g., incorrect address provided), the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to re-ship the order.
